● Ships within 1-2 business days

　CRESMA'S CHRISTMAS sells products that have already been purchased in Japan. For that reason, we can ship within 1-2 business days after the customer completes the purchase procedure, and we can deliver it to the customer the next day at the earliest, or a week or so at the latest!

 

● Shipment after inspection

　Many of our competitors only purchase orders from Japan, so it takes time from purchase to delivery. In some cases, we may not be able to respond to returns.
　Although CRESMA'S Christmas is a small amount, we carefully select only the items that have already been purchased in Japan and deliver them to our customers after conducting more careful inspections. I promise with confidence that I will never deliver!

 

● Commitment to packaging materials

　In order to provide the product as cheaply as possible, it will be delivered in simple packaging.
　I was a little worried about using envelopes for environmental protection, but they are a little more durable than using disposable bubble wrap and set envelopes, and they seem to be reusable and recyclable by customers. This is because we thought that packing in cardboard would help to protect the environment.
